LEADERSHIP IS MY PASSION

Eddie is an accomplished military veteran and proven executive business leader.  He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with an Engineering Degree and also played Quarterback for their Varsity Football Team, both spear heading his career as a Naval Officer serving 10 years of total active duty in service of our country. While serving, Eddie was placed in numerous situations that allowed him to lead men and women, while developing dynamic teams in service to our country.   After leaving the service, Eddie continued to develop his leadership skills and business acumen by serving as an executive business leader who hired, developed, and lead successful multi-million dollar business organizations.  Eddie served in leadership roles within Arrow Electronics, GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, Videojet Technolgies (a Danaher Corp), and Coca Cola, before exciting, after 18 years, to become a full time entrepreneur.  As an entrepreneur, Eddie continued his professional and personal development by leading his own multi-million dollar logistics operation, creating, developing, and motivating his leadership staff towards success, while also becoming a public speaker to share his story and motivation with others. Eddie’s passion lies with the development and motivation towards success within organizations and others through his life’s experiences.  Through his public speaking company, “Work Your Dash”, Eddie motivates and inspires others to be better and to achieve higher levels of success through business and leadership.  Eddie’s vast and varied professional background allows him to inject various points of view and scenarios with his decades of experience in multiple disciplines that will be beneficial for your organization and its leaders.
